   All artists submitting to Bedlam Publishing will retain their copyright & trademark to the work regardless of whether we publish it or not. We are here to get you noticed, not to make a quick buck off of you!

   In the same respect, please understand that at this time, Bedlam Publishing has no intentions or means by which to pay for work submitted. We are here to provide step one, where you go from here is up to you.

   Submit written documents in .doc format.
   Visual art submissions should be submitted in .psd or high quality .jpg

   Submissions to The Rag monthly print publication must be entered on or by the 10th of the month for consideration in the issue. Entries received on or after 12:01 AM on the 11th of each month will be pushed forward one month. Artists can opt to provide an image to represent them, though actual likeness not required. If so, the image must be the artist's legal property, or in the public domain.
   Please note that The Rag is a counter-culture magazine, and is not necessarily the most reasonable vehicle for devotional literature.

   "Featured Poet" contestants must submit at least four (4) poems or the equivalent of four (4) pages of poetry. Page lengths determined by editors.

   "Monthly Short Fiction Contest" entries must not be longer than 3,000 words without first consulting with the editors.

   In addition to these monthly contests, Bedlam is also accepting flash fiction, feature articles and visual art.
